3. Ordering and Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout.
  • We accept payments via Bank transfer
  • Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery is available within Indonesia only.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • To request a return, please contact us at opalcoffeeroaster@opalcoffee.com with your
    order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    Note: We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
