Return & Refund Policy

At Opal Coffee Indonesia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any
reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions
below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is significantly different from its description
    To be eligible for a return:
  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • You must contact us first before sending anything back:

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at opalcoffeeroaster@opalcoffee.com or WhatsApp +62 899-1581-321
    within 7 days of receiving the item
  2. Provide:
    a. Your order number
    b. A clear description of the issue
    c. Photo or video proof if item is damage
  3. Our support team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within [3–7 business days]
    Refunds will be issued via your original payment method:
  • Bank transfer
    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or e-wallet account again
  2. Contact your payment provider (some banks take time to process)
  3. If still unresolved, contact us at opalcoffeeroaster@opalcoffee.com

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped
  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email to cancel
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible
